AussieStream is an online-only service. Sales, trial access and setup support are handled through WhatsApp. There is no public checkout on this website.
Plans and connection limit
AussieStream offers 3 Months, 6 Months and 12 Months plans. Each plan includes 1 device / 1 connection only. The connection is for the customer account and approved device setup, not for shared household resale or public use.
No account sharing or redistribution
Users must not share credentials outside the allowed 1 device / 1 connection, resell access, redistribute login details, record, restream, rebroadcast, publicly perform, package, mirror or otherwise misuse AussieStream access. Breaching these limits may lead to suspension, replacement requirements or termination without a refund.
24-hour free trial
AussieStream offers a free 24-hour IPTV test so users can check their device, player app, NBN connection and setup before choosing a paid subscription.
WhatsApp support
WhatsApp setup support is available for trial setup, device guidance and common troubleshooting. No support hours are published on this website.
User responsibility
Users are responsible for using the service lawfully, protecting their credentials, choosing safe app sources and ensuring their viewing complies with local laws and content rights. AussieStream provides general setup information, not legal advice.
No official affiliation
AussieStream is not affiliated with Foxtel, Kayo, AFL, NRL, Cricket Australia, Netflix, Disney, ESPN, Sky, or any broadcaster, league or platform mentioned in editorial comparison content. Names are used only for plain-text comparison, education or compatibility context.
Service performance
Streaming performance depends on the user's internet connection, NBN plan, Wi-Fi setup, router, device, player app and peak-hour congestion. AussieStream does not guarantee 100% uptime, zero buffering or that local network or device issues can be fully resolved.
Refund policy
Because every customer can test AussieStream with a free 24-hour trial before buying, paid subscriptions are generally final after activation. If a verified service-side issue prevents access and our WhatsApp support cannot resolve it, we may offer replacement access, an extension, or a refund review. Refunds are not provided for change of mind, unsupported devices, poor local internet/NBN/Wi-Fi performance, or sharing login details outside the allowed 1-device connection.
